Political strategist, media personality, and urban marketing pioneer, Maze Jackson has a diverse background of experience in the worlds of business, politics, and community engagement.  For over 25 years Maze has been lobbying for high-profile clients, creating community-based solutions and driving the discussions that shape impactful policies.  Maze has been featured on ABC, CBS, The New York Times, Chicago Sun-Times, and a variety of other high profile media outlets, and can be heard daily on WBGX 1570 AM on The Maze Jackson Show broadcasting live from What's In It For The Black People Media. As VP of Business Development at The Intelligence Group, Maze focuses on utilizing his network of experienced vendors, institutional relationships, and effective tactics to create strategies that allow The Intelligence Group to achieve clients’ goals.

Herb Howard is a native of Chicago’s South Side. A natural extrovert, and effective communicator, Herb has always utilized his ability to relate to diverse groups for the purpose of uniting people. Having discovered his gift as Host/Master of Ceremony, he has enjoyed success as a radio host, and also as a curator of experiences for large and intimate crowds. Herb is the Co-Host of “I Said What I Said” on WIIFTBP MEDIA, where his honesty, passion, intelligence, and comedic timing have endured him to an ever-growing audience.

Davante Stone, aka ‘The Stone Pony’ is a Chicago native, Veteran Radio Personality, Teacher, Mentor, and Organizing For Action, (OFA) alum.  Graduate of South Shore High School, Davante began his career while attending Lane College in Jackson TN, & working at WFKX KIX 96 FM.  Other radio stops include Magic 101 FM Memphis, WOWI 103 JAMZ Norfolk VA, & KPRS HOT 103 JAMZ Kansas City Missouri. Upon returning back to Chicago, Davante has worked both Morning & Afternoon drives at Crawford’s  WPWX POWER 92, And iHeart’s WGCI.  Other notable stops include iHeart’s WVAZ V103, & Entercom’s WBMX 104.3 JAMZ. In addition, Stone is a teacher at the Illinois Media School, and produces a weekly podcast titled, ‘Ayeeee This Guy’s Podcast’ on Apple, Spotify, Radio.com, and all streaming platforms.

Sonia Escobar can currently be heard weekday mornings as the musical conductor on The Maze Jackson Show.  Sonia is also the Program Director of the newly formed media station What’s In It For The Black People Media where The Maze Jackson Show is filmed. Sonia recently left the legendary radio station WVON 1690AM after seven years.  Sonia is a bilingual Chicago native Radio Personality, Educator, Mistress of Ceremonies, and TV Host.  Sonia can be seen hosting for the award-winning Urban Grind TV every week on Comcast Cable 25 and other media outlets.  She was instrumental in the successful launching of Urban Grind Radio on January 19, 2016, which quickly gained momentum and syndication in more markets across the country and abroad. Sonia received her Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) in 2011. Upon graduation, she was offered and accepted a position as a corporate copywriter before she decided to follow her passion for broadcasting.  Her broadcasting career began in 2013 when she attended Illinois Media School (IMS).  While attending IMS Sonia held several internships at; WTTW, iheartradio stations WGCI FM, KISS FM, V103 FM, and IMS radio station Windy City Underground. Her hard work paid off upon graduating she had multiple job offers.  Sonia’s commitment to higher education propelled her to begin her doctoral journey in 2019. Professionally, Tenille Jackson has done everything from balloon artistry to street team development and management. Throughout all of her ventures, what has remained consistent is her passion for an organized process within small and mid-sized business infrastructures that yields quantifiable results. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Master’s of Education in Organizational Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Tenille began her professional journey as the Director of Enrollment for Chicago International Charter Schools Longwood Campus and an Account Executive for Universal MazJac Enterprises, Inc. In both of these roles, she refined her interpersonal communication and organizational management skills. As the work environment and marketing industry that she discovered her passion for social media marketing and digital communication. Finding a medium between work and her personal life, Tenille applied this skill set and founded The Chicagoland Mom Squad, a Facebook community connecting over 25,000 moms in the Chicagoland area. The traction and success of this group showed her the necessity of social connections and a strong digital presence, which ultimately lead to the inception of Digital Vision Enterprises, LLC. Tenille's current client roster includes Feld Entertainment owners of Disney On Ice, Monster Jam and several other live family entertainment shows, The Original Harlem Globetrotters, Peach's Restaurant, Parkway Ballroom, and Blanc Gallery located in the historic Bronzeville neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side, radio personality Maze Jackson, television personality Val Warner, and a variety of additional small to mid-sized businesses seeking to make a solid and effective transition into the digital and social space. Tenille uses her years of experience in project-based account management and marketing to analyze each client’s individual needs, and apply digital solutions that prove effective both on and offline. In addition to managing her boutique marketing and communication agency, Tenille gives lectures and hosts workshops on a variety of topics including How To Define your Digital EcoSystem, Strategic Social Media Management, and The Importance of Effective Digital Communication in Today’s Workplace.
